Building high performing and resilient teams is a science, not an art.
Virtual, Hybrid and In-Person 'Connected' Experiences
Engineering Exercise (ENGEX™)
Co-created with the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Queen’s University
Is your team looking to cultivate a stronger, interdisciplinary culture of collaboration? ENGEX™ immerses your team into a complex, dynamic, and challenging setting. As an Engineering Task Force deployed to the lucrative “Ring of Fire”natural resources region in Northern Ontario, your mission is to restart a diamond mine rife with engineering, financial, operational, and public relation challenges.
During this half-day experience your team will navigate a series of critical decisions requiring an interdisciplinary approach and business acumen. This hyper-realistic exercise connects to 5 UN Sustainable Development Goals and engages your team’s ability to problem-solve, communicate, and make decisions under pressure and in a dynamic environment. After the simulation, your team completes a structured reflection to identify key insights from the simulation, relate them to your authentic work environment, and develop actions to elevate your team’s effectiveness.

Special Forces Operations Exercise (SOFEX™)
Are you looking for new and impactful ways to engage your team? Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be part of a Special Operations team and thrust into a mission? Wonder no more as we immerse your team into this hyper-realistic virtual experience.
SOFEX™ parachutes your team into a Special Operations mission where you must work through a series of critical decisions. Your team’s performance is measured against a professional Special Operations team. After the simulation, your team completes a structured reflection to identify key insights from the simulation, relate them to your authentic work environment, and develop actions to elevate your team’s effectiveness.

Crisis Management Exercise (CMEX™)
Co-created with the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University
Are you looking for new and impactful ways to engage your team remotely? How do you enhance team willingness and readiness to collaborate and problem-solve in a virtual setting?
CMEX™ immerses you into a dynamic international business setting where your team navigates a “wicked problem.” This hyper-realistic scenario is brought to life by a series of live role players and new information from other stakeholders. After your 2-hour simulation, our expert facilitators systematically lead you through a reflection to apply the insights from this engaging experience to elevate and shock-proof your team’s performance.

Delivered in both English & French.

Team Reflection Series (Coming Soon)
You know that high performing and resilient teams reflect regularly on their experience, but you don’t quite feel you’re getting much value out of your team’s current reflections. Nothing below surface level insights, not everyone is contributing, and discussions focus on judgments rather than understanding. This 4-part workshop series will teach participants how to facilitate a structured process that allows deep reflection upon authentic or new team experiences. You’ll walk away with a repeatable process and a set of practical tools that will get you started.

Team Resilience and Simulation
“Resilience” is getting a lot of buzz these days, yet the term is often confused with concepts like robustness and perseverance. During this 2-hour workshop you’ll crystalize your understanding of this crucial concept and what affects it at personal and team levels. We’ll then immerse your team into a novel, complex, and challenging virtual simulation to learn through experience. Leveraging your team’s shared experience, we’ll unpack key behaviours of a resilient team and how you can consistently apply them to elevate and shock-proof your team’s performance.

Team Fundamentals
You’ve just been assigned a new team and want to set everyone up for success, but where do you start? During this 2-hour workshop, we lead you through a series of interactive exercises that establish the core structural elements of a high performing team and that guide the way your team communicates, makes decisions, solves problems, and manages conflict. This workshop will engage your team in new ways and provide you with a set of best practices to iteratively elevate your team’s performance.
